Your piece of land is in the heart of Bavaria not far from Augsburg . The property is on the outskirts of the Welden market - the center of the Holzwinkel with around 3,000 inhabitants and over 850 years of local history. Gravel was quarried on the almost one hectare property until the 1960s. In summer, the piece of land is a colorful paradise, because nature has been allowed to run free there for over fifty years. Many rare plants and herbs grow between some rocks and a unique fauna and flora.
Your piece of land is located in the heart of Bavaria between Munich and Stuttgart in the western forests of Augsburg. Because of the beautiful hilly forest landscape, the area is also called "Holzwinkel". In about 1 hour you are in Munich and when the weather is nice you can already see the Alps. If you drive a few kilometers further south past Lake Starnberg via Penzberg to Garmisch Partenkirchen, you can also catch a glimpse of the Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany.
