What does “a real land gift” mean?
The recipient receives a land share and indefinite contractual rights of access and use for the whole HappyLand property. HappyLandGifts remains the legal owner and manages the property. You do not need a notary appointment or an official land registry entry. A meaningful gift, rather than an investment.
Name, delivery and registration – who does what?
You enter the name for the certificate and choose the gift package. For a printed gift, enter the delivery address separately: the name on the certificate does not set the delivery address. The recipient registers the land later using the certificate number. You do not need to register it before giving it.
