A personalised black-and-white certificate as a PDF by email. Print it yourself and present it in person.

What exactly am I giving?

A share in a real plot of land with rights of access and use, plus a certificate in the recipient’s name. We remain the owners and take care of administration. There is no notary appointment, no separate entry in the official land registry and no ongoing administration fee.

Do I need to register the land before giving it?

No. You choose the gift and the name for the certificate. The recipient registers it later in the HappyLand Register using the certificate number and discovers more about their land.
