A real place in Bavaria. For lasting memories.
Welden, near Augsburg. A green oasis of over 4,620 m² — and a gift they can actually visit.
The recipient receives a land share with rights of access and use. They can visit the entire property and enjoy it in accordance with the rules for that location.
We remain the property owner and take care of its management. There is no notary appointment, no land registry entry in the recipient’s name and no ongoing management fees.

A gift to enjoy long after the unwrapping.
After receiving the gift, your loved one registers their land in the HappyLand Register using the certificate number. There, they can explore photos, the location and more about their land and the surrounding region on their computer.
You choose the gift and the name on the certificate. The recipient takes care of registration after you give it to them.
